Hi friend! 

 

Whether you randomly stumbled upon my page, know me personally, or were directed to my site through a friend- I am sincerely SO happy that you are here! My name is Averi Stanford and that hunk on my arm is my husband, Jordan. He is the definition of a servant and continues to point me to Christ with all forgiveness and grace 5 years after our first encounter. We are the proud parents of a beautiful baby boy who was a happy surprise (in the middle of a global pandemic) in September of 2020, and of the most perfect baby girl who was another pandemic baby born April of 2022. We reside in a suburb of the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex where we are big fans of our church family, both have the joy of serving in Kid’s ministry, love being outdoors, meaningful conversation, and sharing meals (literally, we only get one entree wherever we go).  It is the sincere intention of our hearts to exude the gospel in all we do through unity, gracious generosity, and humble service. 

 

In 2018 and 2019 myself and some of those closest to me experienced a series of traumatic events.  In my personal darkness and desperation, The Lord stirred in my heart more of a desire to be His hands and feet to a weary and broken world.  It is my goal that through the Unspoken Grace website, podcasts, blog posts, shared resources, and social media, you will feel both invited and encouraged.  Invited to come as you are for all the hard conversations as you seek to see the grace of the gospel in the darkest parts of your own story. And encouraged to carry that grace into the world knowing you are not alone in any of your wandering, wondering, or despair. I am with you, I am for you, and I ache to grow alongside you.
